Job Description


Responsibilities: * Under the leadership of the Key System Integrator: * Integrates a next generation End-to-End (E2E) collection and dissemination operational Multi Level Security system supporting National level intelligence. *Database design, development and integration. *Database engineering for development org and systems engineering. * Creates, manages and documents all hardware and software in the E2E Development Facility and the transition into the Customer environment, which includes performing site surveys, interfacing to existing infrastructure and systems and supporting required test plans, drawings and procedures. * Develops, and reviews E2E system documentation, including System Integration and Transition Plan and System Drawings. * Defines and analyzes E2E systems requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. * Assesses architecture and current hardware limitations, defines and designs complex system specifications, input/output processes and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility. * Coordinates design of E2E subsystem and integration of total system. * Supports E2E design reviews and program reviews. This is an IMDS STO req.

The ideal candidate will possess


Required Skills:
* Prior hands-on experience with operational systems using MLS and one way trusts * Strong Database architecture, development, engineering, admin. * Working knowledge of DCID 6/3 (and appropriate IC interpretations) * Recent experience working in an IPT environment * Excellent customer contact and relationship building skills * Excellent written/verbal presentation skills * Must be able to deal with non-IT saavy end users in a friendly and supportive manner


Desired Skills:
* Working knowledge of Multi Level Security design, implementation, and/or operations * * Able to work in a team made up of multiple companies and stakeholders * Six Sigma trained/qualified


Typical Experience: 8-10 years

Degree: B.S.
