Job Description


Responsibilities: Manages the pursuit of advanced design concepts critical to the capture of future programs, such as air vehicle propulsion system integration, aerodynamic shaping, and warhead integration. Also manages enabling technology efforts such as advanced simulation capabilities (Multi-Disciplined Optimization).
Position: Full-Time

Existing clearance not required

Positions at U.S. locations may require citizenship for purposes of obtaining clearances. Additional clearances may also be required from the DoD.



The ideal candidate will possess


Required Skills:
Detailed knowledge of advanced aircraft or air vehicle design. Understands the fundamental interactions of engineering disciplines across air vehicle design activities. Capable of coordinating advanced concept activities to create a competitive advantage and enable capture of future advanced air vehicle programs. Experience with alliance and partnering strategies among independent and government labs and universities.


Desired Skills:
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate complex technical details to a non-technical audience.
