Bilingual High School Admissions Representative (Field Sales)

We are currently seeking qualified individuals for our High School Admissions (Field Sales) team in Long Beach and the surrounding area.
Summary:
The primary role of the High School Admissions Representative (Field Sales) is to selectively prospect, interview, recommend and enroll individuals into a qualified career focused education program and guide the prospect through the enrollment completion process.
Duties:
· Responsible for building and penetrating a territory of High Schools within an assigned/protected area
· Build and maintain solid relationships with High School teachers, counselors and administrators
· Schedule presentations on a regular and consistent basis, delivering college/program information to potential students
· Interview interested college candidates in the prospect's home and help qualified candidates apply to the school
· Help complete enrollment paperwork and follow up with candidates through the enrollment process
· Stay in contact and follow up with students throughout their program in order to assist them in becoming successful graduates
Qualifications:
· At least 1-3 years of outside sales experience
· Bi-Lingual
· Ability to work from home office with little supervision
· Strong presentation skills
· Detail oriented and strong follow up skills
· Ability to communicate skills across variety of individuals
· Ability to adapt and be flexible to work some non-traditional hours if need be
