Al menos 7 años en:
*Experience in systems analysis, design, development and implementation of application software.
*Experience in Object-Oriented Design and Development
*Experience using MS SQL Sever database
*Experience developing stored procedures and SQL statements
*Experience developing web-based business applications with ASP.NET and C# / VB.NET using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003
*Experience using SourceSafe for configuration management
*Experience creating and modifying Crystal Reports
*Experience creating automated unit tests with NUnit or similar product
*Experience developing web-based application with ASP.NET 2.0 and C# using Microsoft Visual Studio 2005
*Experience using Microsoft Patterns and Practices Enterprise Library and Application Blocks

De preferencia un año en:
*Experience developing workflow applications
*Experience developing document management applications
*Experience using Microsoft Visio
*Experience using Rational ClearQuest for defect tracking
*Experience using XML
*Thorough knowledge of IT/IS software development methodologies and standards
*Expert skills in communicating technical information effectively
*Experience setting goals and objectives that support overall project goals, anticipating and adjusting for problems and roadblocks, analyzing and organizing technical data, prioritizing and organizing work assignments, working with limited supervision, working with diverse teams
*One or more of the following Microsoft Certifications:
•Microsoft Certified Application Developer
•Microsoft Certified Solution Developer
•Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist : .Net Framework 2.0 Web Applications
•Microsoft Certified Professional Developer : Web Developer
