Attend to users on site in the different areas of MIU, for the proper functioning of the headquarters equipment and facilities.
Give face-to-face resolution of user incidents.
Provide preventive and corrective maintenance.
Give resolution of hardware and software faults.
Perform the installation and configuration of peripherals, accessories and network elements.
Knowledge: Network (domain computers, IP telephony, creation of new positions). Advanced knowledge of Windows and MAC client operating systems, Office 365, networks in Windows environments, hardware. Certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, Linux and MAC will be valued.
